简要介绍:本机可用于膏体或液体的定量充填分装，主要适用于食品、药物、日用化妆品和化工等物体的计量灌装。如牙膏、药膏、香脂、果汁、果浆、鞋油、油漆、油墨、饮料、浆糊、雪花、冷霜、发乳、黄油、机油、酒类、农药等。

工作原理：计量筒内灌装活塞通过杆与气缸杆相连，其原始状态时气缸杆顶出，灌装活塞停留在计量筒上端位置。当需要灌装时，可将灌装开关按动一下后即放开，使气控换向阀自动切换，气缸活塞杆向下移动，带动灌装活塞同步向下移动。在移动时先关闭活塞门，然后使被灌装物料在灌装活塞向下移动过程中从出料单向阀灌装头处压出，待气缸下降到一定位置后碰到灌装定量开关后，气控换向阀又自动切换，气缸活塞杆向上运动，使灌装活塞返回至原始状态。在带动灌装活塞向上运动的同时，物料从活塞门隙注入计量筒内，以待第二次往复灌装动作，实现单次灌装整个过程。

Brief introduction: this machine can be used for quantitative filling and packing of paste or liquid, mainly for

food, medicine, daily cosmetics and chemical products. Such as toothpaste, ointment, balsam, juice, fruit pulp, shoe polish, paint, ink, drink, paste, snowflake, cold cream, hair milk, butter, oil, wine, and so on.

Working principle: the filling piston in the metering cylinder is connected with the cylinder rod through the

rod, the cylinder rod is ejected in its original state, and the filling piston stays at the upper end of the metering cylinder. When filling is needed, the filling switch can be pressed and then released, so that the gas control reversing valve can automatically switch, the cylinder piston rod moves down, and the filling piston moves down synchronously. When moving, close the piston door first, then press the filled material out of the filling head of the discharge one-way valve during the downward movement of the filling piston.

After the cylinder drops to a certain position, the gas control reversing valve automatically switches.

The cylinder piston rod moves upward to return the filling piston to its original state.

While driving the filling piston upward, the material is injected into the metering cylinder from the piston door

gap to wait for the second reciprocating filling action to realize the whole process of single filling.
